My mother taught me how to knitt.
The moment I made my first headband I was so happy, so excited and I started knitting all my dolls something to wear.


Sitting next to my mom and both knitting was such a beautiful way to bound.


I remember those moments, they were so beautiful and deep.

Than I went on vacation to my grandma and she taught me how to crochet, and sat and 
bounded with her too. Such beautiful moments and memories. 

This days came so fast the moment when I realized that I will definitely have an apprentice in my daughter. 

Today's post is about teaching other and about the joy that comes with.

Crochet, knitt and yarn buying

  How many of you that knitt or crochet or do both, didn't buy yarn just because the color was amazing, or there where on sale at the yarnstore, or for some projects you never started or finished?   Why I ask is because I do it too.😆   So what we can do with all that stash? What can we do when we "hamster buy" yarn?        One thing that helped me to slow down this "hamster buy" is when I see the yarn I start writing down the projects that come in my mind. I start focusing on new projects so I forget about the online sale and get a yarn that I have in my near and start making that project, to see if it comes out woow or will I frog it. 😆👌     Another thing that helped me stop buying unnecessary yarn, cause the sales keep coming, is to stop boxing the yarn.      If you have all your yarn in boxes you won't be able to see what you have, so in many cases you will buy because you don't know what you have.   ...

little bunny cowl

This is the beginning.  I started with 5mm circular needles  and teddy yarn.  Having twin boys that do not want to wear hats, beanies or cows, I have to come up with animal themes beanies , so that they won't get cold.
